Recap
Crafting Digital Experiences: UI/UX Workshop & Bootcamp with Bayzid Ahmed Shakhar JUKTI - Club of CSE, IUB launched a specialized two-part design program focused on user interface and user experience design, aimed at equipping aspiring student designers and software developers with practical, industry-aligned product design competencies. The initiative kicked off on February 22 with an intensive in-person workshop running from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The session was conducted by Bayzid Ahmed Shakhar, Interaction Designer at Decipher Tech, who walked participants through the core fundamentals of design thinking, user research, wireframing, and interaction design principles. Attendees explored how visual hierarchy, typography, and intuitive user flows translate into usable software products. To build directly upon the foundational workshop, the program transitioned into a rigorous three-day online bootcamp scheduled across March 6, 7, and 8. Held in evening sessions scheduled right after Tarawih prayers, the virtual bootcamp provided deep-dive guidance, practical exercises, and interactive reviews. This sequential format ensured students not only absorbed theoretical concepts but also practiced hands-on interface prototyping and received targeted industry feedback.
